Built on an old mill in the 19th Century by the Larios family, we have developed an exclusive urbanization of 15 dwellings with gardens, swimming pools, terrace and parking spaces.

The architecture office Geoarquitectos has transformed the Mill into dwellings ranging between 150 and 240 sqm, maximizing the original construction, creating a modern and different space for each dwelling, using the existing elements (stone walls, steel trusses…), spatial richness and luminosity boosted by skylights.

Top quality materials have been used throughout. Some have been recovered through refurbishing of the Lasquetty Palace in Cadiz, Baroque in style from the end of the 17th Century (typical high status bourgeoisie home from around Cadiz). Other features, such as the Tarifa stone slabs, tiling and marble steps, the Flanders pine wood floorboard or clay flooring have been carefully selected.

In the gardens, autochthonous plant species and large size trees have been planted, using the water capacity to module temperature and noise levels using fountains and reservoirs, as well as introducing decorative elements.

It enjoys a privileged location, next to the Guadiaro river, surrounded by orange trees and only 7 km from Sotogrande. With views to the Gaucín mountains and Casares. There are many sports facilities in the area, including Club de Polo Santa María and the prestigious golf courses.
